Embedding Vimeo videos in WordPress

I wanted to find an alternative to YouTube where I can upload my school videos and I decided to try out Vimeo, a video-centric social networking site. The site supports embedding, sharing, video storage, and allows user-commenting on each video page. Users must register to upload content.  Since I had some problems with inserting my video in my WordPress blog, I thought of sharing this video about embedding vimeo videos in WordPress.
